  Do not buy from here! I waited one month to receive this phone, and it is defective. Upon notification to the seller I was told that I need to pay more money to ship the item back! I am being asked by the seller to pay more money out of pocket to ship the item back to them, and only then will they reimburse me for the cost of shipping and the cost of the item. This will take an additional several weeks to process! This is completely unacceptable as a return process for such an expensive item!

  The seller was nice and responsive. My order was securely packed and delivered. I ordered the Blackberry Priv which was already discontinued. It was my bad that I didn't really consider that so I cannot really use the phone now as it gave me a lot of errors because Play Store Services doesn't work anymore affecting almost all the apps of the phone since it's run by Android. It also kept on rebooting from time to time because of the errors. However, the hardware was really nice and pristin.
