    Absolutely incredible service, from the moment I made the purchase seller was in contact to keep me informed about everything regarding postage and delivery, it arrived within 2 days. The hygger light is advertised as an ex display but it arrived to me like it’s brand new in perfect packaging. Happy I got myself a bargain. Thank you guys 🙏🏼

    Item as described, fast shipping. Thanks. Unfortunately does not fit in my case, returned the item and seller wanted to remove half of the price at refund as item is not "original" when returned. Item already was open box. Still leave a good review as product was excellent and the price was good. But seller seems a bit.... no comment.

    UNHELPFUL. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED, TRACKING SHOWN AS LEFT OUTSIDE ON A PUBLIC PATH. MESSAGED SELLER FOR HELP AND THEY TOLD ME TO CLOSE THE CASE. NO HELP AT ALL. A MISSING PACKAGE ISN'T THE SELLERS FAULT BUT THEY SHOULD AT LEAST HELP INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE AND TRYING TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO VOLUNTARILY CLOSE A CASE, ONCE CLOSED IT CANNOT BE RE OPENEDED. SHAME BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A DECENT EBAY STORE. ORIGINALLY DIDN'T HAVE AN ISSUE AS THESE THINGS HAPPEN BUT THE RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER IS 🚫

    Received with packaging opened. Messaged seller who said they had to take it out to photo it for the listing which does sound plausible. I will reserve final judgement until I have fitted it to the laptop but have no reason currently to doubt what the seller says so giving a positive to be fair . It looks as described and was delivered on time so hopefully everything will be OK
