Despite making it clear that delivery was not included they helped make delivery possible. The service was far beyond what I could reasonably have expected. Even original boxes were found and provided without charge. These are rather expensive boxes second-hand. The packaging will be very useful subsequently. The items work well.

I had been expecting the delivery and was at home all day. The package was left on my doorstep unattended, I had kept a watchful eye for the delivery and have a very loud bell, so do not know why the delivery was just dumped.Fortunately the amplifier was not damaged and does sound very good.
