They aren't the cheapest laptops, but they are quality in build and performance, and will last several years. My partner still uses my previous models, still a powerhouse even today, with gorgeous screens. This new one I'm sure will be no different, and I expect to have several years use out of it. They are built to last and Mac Osx is a great operating system.
