  Product was not as described. Did mention that It came with no shoelaces but completely failed to mention that there were no insoles. Seller told me to look at the pictures, but you know what you describe one thing but not describe the other thing maybe not using an AI generated description and maybe you should actually do the work and put the information in there what people aren’t getting with their products.

  You received EXACTLY as described, and for 40% LESS than the price listed. The photos showed exactly what was provided. I take great care trying to take pictures of ANYTHING that I find wrong with the USED ITEMS THAT COME OUT OF STORAGE UNITS! The pictures clearly showed that the insoles were missing. Please take the $10 discount and go buy some $3 insoles. A refund was offered but refused....buyer got a great deal. Oh well
