We are a young family of 4 that started "Get Agains Lost & Found" in 2022 as a means for extra income during a financial hardship our family was going through at the time. The customer support and success that we have had since then has been phenomenal and greatly appreciated!! However, the metal frame around the fan blades has been bent. Photos showed this if you knew to look for it, but listing description didn’t highlight the damage/defect. Did not contact seller, as we want to keep the fan and will re-bend the frame so that it fits together. Just wanted to call out the omission and caution to look closely at photos before purchasing.
