  My cat Loves this thing, it was an upgrade from her old one. (She deserves it). :) It wasnt that difficult to put together, but you'll need to stay focussed for a minute or two. All screws, nuts, bolts were there as well as a wrench, paper instructions in English, No missing parts. I bought the navy blue one. Looks great, not an eye sore and above all the cat loves it.
