  I purchased a coffee serving set with a gooseneck kettle and pourover included. I received no indication that my product was on its way, nor did I receive confirmation of its arrival. When I opened the box, it was the wrong product! A kettle in a different material/color with no pourover included. I reached out for help, seller was unresponsive.

  Only purchase from this seller if you fully read the listing and have checked other sources for a good deal and have not found items. User will NOT cancel an order made in error, which leaves buyer to return at a $10 cost to them. User uses a shady business practice called drop shipping where they order the item after you make your purchase. I immediately submitted a cancellation request. One week later seller rejected the request and ordered item through Amazon at half the price to send me.
