    I was sent a satin bowtie, not silk as described. Came in via Amazon (?). When I contacted seller he said I should return item on Whole Foods and would be refunded right away. That has not happened yet! Weird transaction. Would not recommend.

    Full Refund Was proceeded. Sorry for any inconvenience. Our main store operates through Amazon FBA, and I didn’t receive the notification through eBay in time. The item was shipped from Amazon’s fulfillment center since our inventory is managed there. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused

    The item never arrived. You refunded the money to our credit card. Thank you for that. We did receive an email from the seller saying they were going to send a replacement. They said they would send it UPS or Express service. I responded that we would like it sent FedEx. They said we would receive it by Friday the 24th. That is the last we heard anything from them. We will probably reorder it or something similar from another seller. Thank you, John
