I was able to contact Alex & he helped me order an extra 9" extension since I have a full size van with a very wide cockpit. So far I have taken a test drive for about an hour (45 miles) & have no complaints. I mounted mine in the 12 o'clock position which seems to give me the best control. Be careful and practice on sharp curves or turns on the highway in order to maintain proper control of the vehicle. Pay close attention while passing o c traffic.

This is the second kit I have purchased the first one I put in a Buick LeSabre, this kit is for a Toyota Prius. These kits help with not having to straddle a vehicle and help if you have lower back or hip issues because you are seated normally. Thank you for a great product.
