  Awesome! Was exactly what I’d been looking for works amazing and was packaged well and had no damages or defects. Very polite and pleasant to talk to. Timing was wonderful with the shipping.   The purchase and delivery were excellent!! But unfortunately the item received was not what I was expecting. It said it was a 3 prong when in fact it's 4 and does not work for my blanket. I noticed it says no returns so will just have to donate it to VV and eat the cost.
