  great buy it took forever to get over 10 days dont order any thing that goes through Fort Wayne Indiana the first time they lost a 5speed transmision? took a month to find it

  Item advertised as new but was used w/damage *and* missing parts, some critical to using the item (e.g., fan clips); OEM was contacted but they seem to have a reputation for poor customer service and have not offered replacements even at a cost (in fact, are uncommunicative). Contact with seller - very slow responses, offered partial refund and sent it before I'd said it was acceptable; issues dragged on beyond deadline for return. Unacceptable outcome from my POV.
