  It works. But had ZERO packing material. It was bent in the box! But it dosent really matter too much, compressors are Hardy little things but it survived. But I would be hesitant to buy something more fragile from this seller.

  Have no idea the condition this pump is in. Purchased it 6 days ago and all they have done is print a shipping label. Have sent 3 messages and none have been returned. Supposed to arrive in 3 days, doubt its going to make that.

  Seller listed item as new. Not only was it used but defective. Seller would not reply to messages and caused delays at every step. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. Took over a month to return item and just getting my refund processed today. Photos are of the “New” SpaTouch Panel”. You can see it was used; touchscreen had defects and didn’t respond to all button. Seller tried to say it was still new and my pins for hot tub were wrong. SMH.

  The item was brand new when shipped and worked properly upon return testing. We received your first message, and a refund was issued within 1 hour of you contacting us. eBay’s process requires returns to be completed before funds are released, which unfortunately added time outside of our control. Despite this, we even released your refund without requiring the item back to avoid further delay and ensure you were satisfied. We’re sorry this experience was frustrating.

  Heater assembly received not same as advertised and would not fit my hot tub. Seller was contacted and has not offered to refund the purchase price. Won't be using the Seller again.
