  Item was never sent. Was supposed to be a present. Tracking shows label created but never received or processed. Had to contact seller about lateness of shipment. Seller had several lame excuses for why. Seller did issue a full refund but very disappointing experience. Unfortunately I'm unable to give them a favorable review.

  I am not sure what changed from June 18th. I sent this out with the rest of the packages that day. When you contacted me I seen it was not scanned in. I said I would check with USPS. You said that USPS has not been doing well lately. After checking with USPS and giving the package 24 hours to be found I messaged you and said that I would refund and if it did arrive you can keep the Game Guide also. I wish I could control USPS but I can not.
