  The console was not brand new, the charger was untied and there no plastic back for the cables, the were all loose in the box. There was also a game already installed in the console, which means someone used it before.

  I ordered several of these on pre-order from different sellers. This is the only seller that I ordered from that did not ship for multiple days after it took almost 3 weeks for the item to arrive where is my other pre-orders were shipped differently and they arrived within a week. Be careful when ordering from this seller as they use delayed shipping.

  I was told it would be here by August 23rd, 2025,( ordered August 6th 2025, )still haven't received it, contacted someone and was able old if I don't have it by the 24th they will do something about it, so I contacted them again, and, but now I am being told I should receive it by the 29th of August 2025, of I haven't received it by then, they will do something. So you want my feedback, here it is, I will never order from this company again. I am disappointed over this whole thing.
