We shipped on the 28th and it arrived to you on the 7th which makes it 9 days, not 12. According to the tracking info, the Saint Paul Minnesota USPS distribution center shipped it to South Carolina for some reason instead of towards the NW United States. How is that the sellers fault and justification for neutral feedback? We did everything correct on our end. There were other shipping options available to you at checkout if you do not prefer USPS.
