  Seller listed item as “new,” then proceeded to ship an item with NO packaging or even tags attached (by eBay definition not “new.”) I tried to message them about this problem and they ignored my email and did not respond. A) inaccurate description B) poor customer service. Shipping was also slow.

  The photo used by seller isn't close to the true description. It looks much lighter than the listing. Furthermore I found the seller as argumentative without regard in matters of customer service. I felt manipulated and will never purchase from this seller. The shipping cost is such that I will keep the item. Nearly $30. I asked for a shipping label. The reply was "Nope".
