  Sold a copy of Office for Mac that had been previously installed.

  I was told by the person that I bought it from that it was never installed and when you told me about the issue you were refunded right away.

  Exactly the same experience as the other negative reviews. Took 6 days to ship after cleared payment, despite telling me he would ship next day. Ignored all my messages asking what's going on. Threatened to cancel order then he finally shipped. Got the item finally and it had mold. Opened a return and he accuses me of lying. He is now delaying the return process. Avoid this seller, horrendous experience. I took a chance after reading these and regret it now.
