  The product I ordered was excellent and in perfect condition. The only issue I had was with the delivery. I was emailed that the delivery could not be completed. I called the shipping company and was told that they needed a code to make the delivery. There is no code needed to leave a package at my front door. No other shipping company has ever said they needed some kind of code to deliver a package. (Very Confused) They also said it would be another 3- days before they would try again.

  Brand new and great value. It has everything I need to give my saw a new lease of life. The box was torn when I received it. The box could use a little padding in it to stop that parts bouncing around freely in transit.

  Exactly what I wanted. All the parts came with the product and was just as described in the add. So if I ever need parts for my lawn equipment this company will be at the very top of my list when looking for parts. Oh i must mention that I received the carburetor rebuild kit extremely fast. I want to say within 4 days and not business days. I received it on the weekend. I really do want to say Thank you and just know that if I need parts again whether it’s a lawnmower, weed, I’ll use your co.

  exactly as described very reasonable shipping cost item arrived this morning 04/22 , tracking said item was delivered on 4/16, I was concerned for a while , this problem is on the postal system not the seller would definitely recommend this seller
