  I thought this had a USB attachment but it doesn’t, it’s just a plastic thing shaped a bit like a bike saddle with a ball shaped attachment in the middle. All for sale that I’ve come across do have a USB attachment which I assume vibrated to waken up the muscles. No point in sending it back as the postage would be nearly as much as the item cost, so going to purchase another one what the said attachment and hopefully some instructions as this one didn’t have any at all
