  BUYER BEWARE They have extremely poor communication. It took over a week to get any type of response on order Status and shipping information. They do not list any handling time, so I don’t understand why it takes so long to get a simple response from them. The computer arrived ROUGH and bare, nothing more than an operating system. It took 5 hours just to make the computer usable… now the battery won’t charge

  Laptop worked just fine, everything was functional as noted, but the SSD was not 1TB but rather a 512GB. Not really an issue for me, but I paid under the assumption that the SSD has 1TB in storage.
