  Very good honest communication. Seller revealed problem in condition of two of four plates before shipping. Also, very professional and agreeable, negotiating shipment of the remaining two plates in new condition and partial refund. Naturally, this delayed shipment, but I had no urgent need. Sent me the two items in new unused condition in addition to one with a minimal chip visible on the back. Once I receive the partial refund, I would call this a very satisfactory transaction.
