  The item was well packaged and in great condition. Shipping took a little longer than expected due to a mishap with the post office, but the seller kindly helped and sorted things out. The seller has great communication and understanding with customers. The item itself is also in great condition, all accessories are accounted for. The quality of the figure looks great, very worth the masterpiece name. I am really happy and grateful to finally have a masterpiece Megatron to my collection.
