  Shipping was a bit long. Packaging was fine, came as described. The protective plastic was severely cracked inside of the lampshade. But the lamp itself works and is otherwise clean and functional!

  The seller repeatedly declined my offers, falsely claiming someone else had made a higher offer. Eventually, I paid full price, totaling $170 with tax and shipping, but then the seller raised the shipping cost. When the item arrived, it was damaged due to poor packaging. I provided clear photo evidence, but instead of taking responsibility, the seller escalated the case. The return process was also a hassle. This experience was frustrating and dishonest. I do not recommend this seller.
