I opened a case and contacted the seller. The seller came back to me extremely swiftly, with a friendly,, communitive response. He said he'd send me the correct markers pens immediately and did not need the wrong pens returned, and today 02/06/25 I received the correct marker pens. I highly recommend the seller (and the markers) who acknowledged their error hassle free.
