  Overall, I was happy with the product I received, but the way it was packaged, not so much. I cut the package open and turned it upside down to dump the product out and small parts went everywhere and I was not expecting that. I would like to make a suggestion and that is to package up the small parts instead leaving them loose in shipping package. I manage a ship/rec department and all small parts have to be packaged up before being placed in a box/envelope so they don't get lost.

  Item was shipped within a few hours of the purchase, at no fault of the seller the item was damaged in shipping. I reported the damage to the seller and by the next morning a second one was on its way very good business and puts the customer first.

  I actually ordered this and it was the wrong one. I did not know there were two different sizes. It was my fault for not reading enough on it. Their customer service was very helpful. Unfortunately, they could not arrange to get me the correct size in my time limit. I would buy from them again because I consider customer service a must.
