  There is nothing to explain to a shipping company about shipping an empty box and this box wasn't empty, it had packing material in it - just like in the listing. It appears as if the buyer did not understand what he was purchasing and it ended up being a big mess with FedEx and wasted time corresponding with the buyer and FedEx claims. We recommend avoiding another hassle by adding pirol-57 to your blocked bidder list.
