  SSD listed as "Open Box - An item in excellent, new condition with no wear." Clearly says 'no wear', however, after checking them this was what I found: 2 drives ~85-90GB of read and write each. 1 drive ~800GB of read and ~700GB of write. Seller claims this is because it was 'benchmarked more than once', did not respond to further queries. No such detail was provided in the item description and seller became unresponsive. Sellers need to be more transparent. Disappointing experience with seller

  This buyer use a freight forwarder to ship his order from the U.S to his home country of Singapore then claimed the item is not as described despite the fact the listing images and description clearly stated these open-box item has been benchmarked prior to shipping to his freight forwarder .Have multiple message exchange with this foreign buyer , obviously he can't return this item from foreign country now he's fishing for partial refund.

  Outstanding bag!! Seller had the bag in it's plastic just as the photos had shown and it certainly had that "new bag" feel. I'd give the seller more than 5 Stars for the "Fragile - Handle With Care" stickers that we placed on the box. Lord knows we have all received purchases shipped by USPS and the box is beaten up, so I appreciated the seller's care.
