I started collecting Diecast at the ripe old age of 5 years.
My older brother, 11 years my senior, gave me 5 Matchbox cars for Christmas that year. He had no idea of the crazed collector he would create with his $2.50 gift. He has always been & remains my Best Friend.
My collection blossomed to a modest 8,000+ vehicles. I am presently divesting myself of said collection as I move toward retirement.
