  Item wasn't quite ready when purchased. However, the seller was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to get it ready/shipped quickly. The items was packaged well, as described, and a great value compared to other options. It has been up and running for a week and half and is going strong.

  Seller immediately answered any questions I had. The pump body arrived on time, very well packed, didn't. install it yet i don't anticipate any issue. Body was just as described, and a great price. Very happy with the transaction.

  This seller sent a notice which was on eBay so it is not my imagination that the item was shipped on September 20. That was not the case On September 29th I contacted the seller to ask about the tracking information. They responded that in fact it had not been sent and they were going to get packing material. They had no issues cashing my check but did not have the courtesy to report on the progress until I called. It arrived today, almost two weeks late. In the interim the pool is sitting idle.

  Hello, I do apologize for the inconvenience it may caused to you and your pool. I still would like to politely to ask you if you can adjust your feedback. If I sell a hundred pumps a year and one person report so negative I loose 100% feedback for almost a year, sometimes we loose bigger picture for the moment of emotion. You see, you still running the pool with good pump I rebuilt for you but my business got affected negatively for the first time in several years because of your actons. GP
