    Seller never responded to messages—ignored messages. Packaging wasn’t even in full box, device arrived damaged. This is absolutely unacceptable and a scam. Truly disappointed

    I did reply to messages. i have them all. If item was damaged there is a return policy and I accept returns or it had insurance on package. so what's the deal i am wondering
