  Grahams Models is a pleasure to work with. Their products are high quality, very detailed, and reasonably priced. They package well. , no damage from shipping. I have purchased multiple buildings from them. This last order , they had an N scale firehouse listed, I inquired to see if they produced this in HO scale, and they respond that they would make it in HO scale. I purchased 2. They are quick to return communication, They combined shipping cost, I will be buying from them in the future

  I am just so very pleased to have received this item. It is better in its design and execution even than what was described! Thank you for the wonderful communication about it, and look for my additional note in the Contact Seller thread. The packaging was also excellent – but in on packaging, I found another smaller building! If you meant to put that in there, thank you very much, but if you did not mean to, please let me know and I will send it back. Thanks again!
