  There was an unfortunate address mixup so the transaction had to be voided. Stuff happens. FORTUNATELY I was dealing with a responsive and fair seller. I was immediately contacted about the situation, offered choices of resolution, and a way to make amends should we be able to complete the transaction at a later time. I hope we get to do business, again, in the future.
