  From day 1 I contacted you telling you the product was defective - then you went back and forth telling me once it’s charged it will work. The device was not lighting up. It was NOT charging so how could it be paired with my iPhone? I’m tired. I need to return this piece of garbage. Please send me the return shipping label so I can get my refund. I’ve had to purchase a different one from another seller.
