  On 5/6 USPS caused a problem for this package. I contacted the Seller on 5/6 about the problem. The Seller replied 5/10. I had further questions. No reply. While it was USPS that caused the problem, it's the Seller's responsibility to communicate with the Buyer, if the Buyer has concerns. I contacted USPS who further explained the exact problem. Which I'm sure the Seller could've, but he didn't want to take the time. I finally rec'd the item after talking to USPS Customer Service.
