  Thank you for your feedback. We already refunded you the full amount, including postage. We never sell opened items. It is very ethical from you to say that we are cheater. You see how we pack you order and how we react after you got the issue with the item. We only selling things not manufacturing. We are sorry it’s in bad quality but it’s nothing we can do.
