  Not an exact fit, had to do some modifications to get it to work. I couldn't use the clamps sent in the kit as they were not wide enough. It's a thin metal pipe with a 2" to 3" opening on one end. I haven't noticed any improvement with performance or sound - seems like it may be too good to be true, but I've only driven a couple days.
