  Very friendly, and answered questions. Thank you SO MUCH for packing this with CARE! I was nervous to open it, from what the outside of the box looked like! ( dents, tears in box...from delivery) it arrived safe and glass unbroken. Item was as described, and value was great! Thanks again! Happy buyer here.

  From the very start, 6days after item was paid for still, no shipment or track # I messaged him ,excuse was mom died then he sent it. Stereo was filthy, was not packed well, BUT most IMPORTANTLY IT was JUNK, NOT working as it was advertised. said to be operational, functioning as it should. NOT even Close!! only right side has sound, missing preamp bar and input selector switch does NOTHING!! stuck on Tuner. I tried to get seller to refund or remedy said NO. go to EBAY. Want full 270.00 REFUND!

  The order looked exactly like the pictures. However, the condition was not new. At best it could have been called open box. It was the fact that nothing inside the box was in its original packaging and the manual was almost ripped in two. The condition of the manual was the real problem. Positive feedback for the price, but negative feedback for describing an item with a ripped manual as new.

  Likely the most pathetic packaging I've ever seen. They obviously didn't care about this order. The product was wadded up, in a dirty reused plastic bag, with tape haphazardly wrapped around it. While the item seems to be in acceptable condition, everything from the shipping time to the packaging screamed that they seller did not care at all.
