    Join us on a mission of discovery, wonder, and awe while holding your very own space rock. What was once an asteroid spending up to billions of years in the cold vacuum of space can now be studied and admired by you. In your own hands. Isn't that wild?!

    Some amazing features of meteorites:

    Some have been proven to contain and have been altered by water.
    Some have amino acids, the building blocks of proteins.
    Some are unaltered, exactly as they formed 4.5 billion years ago from our pre-solar nebula.
    Many have been witnessed by humans and have become historical events.
    Except in deserts, meteorites do not last long on Earths surface due to rusting. They erode and quickly become part of the Earth.
    Most show a history of massive collisions and impact events.
    And there is so much more to learn!
