Our story begins in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Back then, we were young kids who grew up in the 60’s and 70’s with Fathers that loved their cars and trucks!!! Tinkering in the garage and bringing tools to help our Daddies with the job at hand was a way of life. Those were formidable years for us where we both also came to love the cars from our era.

Taking that love for late model, luxury and classic cars, it made sense to create a company to share our background, knowledge and expertise gained, with others. In 2003, handpickedpartz was the result of combining a passion for older vehicles and wanting to help others with their restorations.

Our company name, handpickedpartz, describes exactly who we are; we hand select, recycle, save and resell hand picked parts to our customers.
