  I received the statue and what was my surprise that you sold it as "NEW/Seal!" but it is not. It is used, there are traces –among other small problems– on the leg of the protagonist (from rubbing against the monolith of the back). And also the brown box is not the original as it appeared in your sales photo, two standard boxes assembled and taped together with packing tape! (peeling off when they delivered the package!) I'd rather not talk about the answer you gave me when I contacted you…

  Hello, This item was purchased new and was never used. The box was not sturdy for international shipment, so a stronger one was used. Buyer claimed item parts rubbed together during shipping. Insurance was purchased and Buyer was offered its use but refused. As demonstrated by my feedback, I strive to make every transaction as smooth as possible.
