  Their customer service is horrible. They don’t answer unless you say you’ll contact eBay directly. Item arrived late. It was clearly used when they claimed it had never been used. The bottle had finger prints and other weird marks on it. The cap is loose. When a perfume is brand new you have to spray it a couple times before anything comes out, with this one, perfume came out on the first spray. Not to mention I ended up having to pay an extra $20.10 to usps cause they used the wrong label.
