  wanted to exchange the item, so the seller was unresponsive, which i found very rude. nether the less i bough another hat in different size. But honestly the quality is not the best. Not recommended.

  This seller is extremely unreliable. My purchase was made on July 5, 2025. A shipping label was created. This meant that I was monitoring the delivery. They never sent the item to the USPS for delivery. After contacting the seller, I was informed the item was unavailable. It should not have taken the seller 10 days to realize the item was out of stock. This certainly showed a lack of concern for their customer, when an alternate purchase could have been made before I travelled.
