  Did not arrive, but, seller told me before I became invested with receiving it. This is the way it's supposed to be, not a 3 week wait, then a "so sad, too bad" when you really need it, Unfortunately, eBay insists I fill out all this other garbage, even though it was cancelled, so take it as you will, I don't know the quality, the condition is a mystery, the value? Uh, priceless? Looks like a puff of air to me... which is what I expected, so, it's beautiful! Best puff of air I ever ordered!
