  Missing screws holding body togeon bottom. Split busted near corner where all the ports are. To take a charge I literally have to hold cord into device. That's only because I had a cord because they didn't send one but charged it just enough for me to open it and power up. Obviously trying to trojan horse it on in my house. Don't do business with these people unless your prepared for their bs.
