Nestled in the countryside of the Amana Colonies, we offer an online retail space for high-end, custom furniture. We work closely with customers to create a variety of custom home furniture, and decor that fit your needs. We also specialize in salvaging trees and turning them into highly valuable wood slabs.

Ethan (owner) loves to design furniture pieces that are unique; something that can't be purchased from a big box store. He loves the entire process, from tree to finished table.

We are both a wood supplier and builder of custom furniture. Most of our wood slabs are sustainably salvaged from cities and farms throughout Iowa. We specialize in small uniquely cut slabs, as well as large oversized single slabs 36"+ wide. Black walnut, white oak, ash, elm, hickory, pine, locust, maple, etc.

    The box had busted open on the end ; but, fortunately the was no damage to the piece of wood! My husband is going to love and treasure this anniversary gift of live edge walnut.     What a beautiful piece! It looked good in the picture, but in person it is beautiful. I rubbed it with linseed oi and my oh my, beautiful went to gorgeous! I'm a pyrographer; I will only wood burn a design in it, no painting. Shipping was quick and well packaged as always with Hazel Oak Farms.
