    the seller sent me the wrong item and promissed to send tghe correct one asap but failed to do this . Multiple messages were sent to them but they ignored all of them , they are also refused to provide a tracking number . They are very irresponsible and unprofessional seller,

    NEVER BUY FROM HBWorld: I ordered a HV battery pack for my 2015 fiat from HBWorld but they never shipped it despite marking the order as shipped - which they should not have done. I contacted them and got weeks of "we're working to ship the hv battery". Finally gave them 48 hours to provide proof of shipment or get reported to the fraud department @ eBay. They went silent. I have reported and requested a refund under the "eBay Money Back Guarantee."

    I waited a while to let some time pass to see how it would go. So far everything has went perfectly and I have no complaints. After I purchased, they were able to send it ASAP, I was able to fix my Prius sooner than i expected and it has given me no problems. I am positive I will have no concerns when it comes to my Prius Battery.

    Battery cells arrived on time and apparently well packaged with care. All cells have showed high capacity after 1-2 deep cycles. I am very satisfied with the quality of the cells as well as great post-sale communications. I have purchased a few batches of hybrid battery cells for my car from different sellers on eBay and this seller is no doubt the best in my experience. Thanks!
