After I placed my order for this backpack and the USPS let it sit for six days after the tracking number had been provided immediately. I contacted the vendor and they overnighted me my purchase without asking them to do so. It was a very considerate of them to have the matter resolved within 24 hours. The bag is a very good quality, extremely sturdy, very attractive and should provide years of satisfaction. 👍👍👍
