  The sewing machine arrived with all the parts, and as described. It was well packed, so no additional damage occur to the machine and shipping or to the case. It was shipped very quickly and arrived before I expected it to. I think I got it for a good price price and I’m grateful to the seller for their quick response and their care.   Package came in a timely manner. Opened it up and went to turn it on. Didn’t work. Also tried new batteries and still doesn’t light up. Kind of disappointed. I know it’s used but used condition shouldn’t mean not working condition.

  item worked when listed, buyer never contacted me with any issues and left this review after having the item for 2 months. the best way to resolve an issue is to contact the seller in a timely manner. i am always willing to work with my buyers mistakes happen
