  Hello, the charger and cable I bought from you and have received are not working at all. I tried them with 3 different phones, but they still do not work. The charger is always black on the top, whether it is plugged in or taken out of the wall socket. I kindly ask for a refund. From Noah.

  when I purchased it, it said I was getting the phone and a box but the box never came. The phone came with scratches on it and was shaking when it shook. It also has a few scratches on the shiny parts. would not recommend. even on my order confirmation, it still said I was getting the box and it never came.

  Buttons are very stiff,, almost impossible to press the power button,, and it looks different to my my official S23Ultra case.. especially around the buttons.. feels thicker as well
